企业一般会要求你在写简历的时候,写明对这个职位薪酬待遇的要求。从营销的角度来说,就是要你先报价。好处是什么?企业将会获得挑选的优势。弱点是什么?弱点是你处在被选择的位置上。在这种情况下,在制定价格上,首先应该为自己制定一个较高的价格。因为你找的高薪职位,通常企业不会以降低价格去找人,所以求职者最好不要报较低的价格。这时你会担心一个问题,担心在初选的时候被淘汰。这又回到我前面所说的,要对自己的产品利益进行准确地描述,这样企业才会对你感兴趣,要求你去面试。当企业对你感兴趣之后,它会提出一个问题:“他希望的工资是多少?”这时,我们有两种方法:一种是根本就不报,当做忽视了这个问题。这里依靠的是企业一定会面试你。第二种方法是,提出我希望得到的薪酬标准。对于第二种方法,在给自己报价时要高于市场平均价格的20%~30%,也就是说,如果这个职位的年薪要求是20万,你就要照24万~26万之间去报。为什么这么做?因为无论是买卖真正的产品(或是各种服务)还是大型的谈判,从来没有人会把对方的第一次报价当做真正的最后成交价。所以高报价的结果是什么?是引导他去想一个问题,不是说你的价格值不值,而是说,为什么这个人的价格比所有人的都高?这里面一定有原因。这样,这种报价策略就会强化他由于前面简历中第一部分和第四部分给他的印象,而对你这个人产生深度的好奇,赢得面试的机会。
